WELCOME PHRIENDS!
Welcome to the Northwest Arkansas Parrot Head Club! (NWA PHC for short) The NWA PHC is made up of individuals who are brought together by their common interest and love for the tropical spirit that is typical of the songs and writings of Jimmy Buffett. Our club participates in a variety of activities including happy hours, “business” meetings, fund raising activities, volunteer opportunities, and most of all being with phriends.

We are officially sanctioned by Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHiP), officially based in Lodi but have members spread out through the Delta, Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Bay Area, and Sierra Foothills. Besides being big fans of Jimmy Buffett, his music and the tropical laid back lifestyle his music invokes, the PPOCD follows Jimmy's lead in trying to leave the world a bit better than we found it by volunteering and donating to various community service and charitable organizations.

We are a group of individuals who want to give back to our local community. Last year we contributed over $15,000 and hundreds of hours of service in this effort.

Born on April 30, 2004, this small group of people came together with the purpose to build a base of good people who shared a common love of the carefree island lifestyle and dedicated to a committment of service to the communities in which they live. To put it in the most simple terms, people who love Jimmy Buffett's music and are willing to live up to saying "Party With a Purpose"
What's in a name...
The name Strange Birds has a history in and of itself. Several of the founders were employees of Falcon Jet. So, they decided that they needed to find a name that not only had to do with Buffettt, but Falcon Jet as well. Jimmy Buffett owns a Dassault Falcon Jet 900B (N908JB) and formerly owned a Dassault Falcon Jet 50 (N502JB). The 900B is one of several planes that he has in his fleet.
The name of the fleet? Strange Birds.

The Pirates of the Susquehanna is a non-profit organization made up of a group of folks in and around the Binghamton, NY area who embrace the music and writings of Jimmy Buffett. We are committed to giving something back to our community, and having fun while doing it.

The Coastal Alabama Parrot Head Club has been proudly serving Parrot Heads in the Mobile, Alabama area since 1998.
We are a collection of folks who embrace the music and writings of Jimmy Buffett and believe in "leaving things just a little better than they found them ... and having a BLAST while doing it."
Over the last 5 years, Parrot Head Clubs collectively raised for and/or donated to charitable organizations over $ 10.5 million dollars!! Additionally, chapters worldwide donated over 1.8 milltion man-hours to philanthropic activities !!
